Avoid putting on weight

Take exercise


Exercise will allow you to regulate your weight gain and to reduce any feelings of stress or anxiety.

Choose activities such as walking (half an hour of walking per day allows you to absorb the 25% extra oxygen that you need) or go to the pool (swimming or aqua gym).

• Avoid taking your car for short journeys.

• If possible, do not use the lift.

• Be careful to avoid intensive sports (endurance sports, combat sports, etc.).

You can have small meals by, for example, eating your dessert 2 hours after your main meal. You can also have a snack at 10 am and 4 pm.

• Get someone to bring you breakfast in bed!
