Take exercise
• Exercise will allow you to regulate your weight gain and to reduce any feelings of stress or anxiety.
• Choose activities such as walking (half an hour of walking per day allows you to absorb the 25% extra oxygen that you need) or go to the pool (swimming or aqua gym).
• Avoid taking your car for short journeys.
• If possible, do not use the lift.
• Be careful to avoid intensive sports (endurance sports, combat sports, etc.).
Tips for preventing nausea
• Divide up meals:
You can have small meals by, for example, eating your dessert 2 hours after your main meal. You can also have a snack at 10 am and 4 pm.
• Get someone to bring you breakfast in bed!
