Slackening of the bust

Advice from Mustela 9 Months


To preserve the elasticity of the tissue, massage your breasts every day, making circular movements from the outside of the breast inwards with a suitable product. Mustela 9 Months Specific Support Bust will help you to ease the tension in your breasts*, prevent skin slackening and provide reinforced hydration.

To develop the pectoral muscles, which support the bust, practise two exercises regularly:

- The “nutcracker”: with palms held together and elbows level with the shoulders, press while breathing in. Hold 3 seconds, then let go while breathing out. Repeat this exercise 20 times.

- the “EE-OO”: say “eee” in an exaggerated way, breathing in, then say “ooo”, pursing your lips and breathing out. Repeat this exercise 15 times.

Don’t forget to change your bra size as your bust increases.
