Lying on a rug or blanket, place your calves on the seat of the chair and your bottom slightly below it.
You can put a small pillow on the floor and keep your baby with you for a cuddle …you will recuperate hours of sleep and relax your back and neck; your legs will feel lighter and your breathing become abdominal, promoting digestion.
Ten minutes are all you need to put you back on your feet again.
