What types of preservatives does Mustela use?
We only select preservatives that have been approved by the health authorities and which have proved their efficacy and harmlessness . They guarantee the microbiological safety of our products throughout their use.
According to the type of skin they are intended for and their packaging, Mustela products may contain preservatives from the paraben family, other types of preservatives, or for some of them no preservatives at all.
Hence the Stelaprotect range dedicated to the most intolerant of skin does not contain any preservatives. In addition, it is packed in “airless” packaging which preserves the skin care product from contamination.
