Late pregnancy relaxation exercises
Baby weight, contractions, tiredness... the last few weeks of your pregnancy are far from child’s play. So ball games are out of the question!
But a ball can be more useful than you might think. Ask your partner or a friend to massage your back while you sit on the ball to relieve discomfort in the weeks running up to the birth. These simple exercises, explained by our physiotherapy, can even be done by your partner.
