Our main active ingredients
Avocado
Avocado Perseose, a patented active ingredient extracted from the heart of Fuerte avocados, is present all Mustela baby products. It works in symbiosis with baby’s skin, to protect it from birth.
Schisandra
The schisandra berry comes from the Chinese province of Shaanxi. Known for its soothing and anti-redness properties, it is picked by hand and can be found in our Very Sensitive Skin range.
Sunflower
Sunflower oil distillate is a rare and precious active ingredient present in our Stelatopia range. It replenishes atopic skin thanks to its key lipids that make up our protective skin barrier.
Beeswax
Beeswax, long known for its nourishing properties, is used in all our cold cream products, in our Dry Skin range.
Olive
Olive oil has been used by Mediterranean countries for its many virtues ever since Antiquity. Extracted cold, our olive oil is rich in omega 6 and 9 which help to nourish the skin.
Shea Butter
Shea nuts - which come from African savannahs - feature remarkable properties. Shea butter, rich in vitamins A, E and F, is widely known for its nourishing and moisturizing properties on skin.
Plum oil
Our plum oil is produced near Agen, in the South-West of France. With a sweet natural scent, it protects the skin from external stresses.
Chamomile
Chamomile grows in dry, sandy soils, up to 1000 meters above sea level and is known for its soothing properties.
Coco
Naturally rich in vitamins A and E, coconut has been used for centuries for its nourishing properties.
Vegetable glycerin
Glycerin is able to retain several times its weight in water, which makes it an indispensable moisturizing active ingredient. The one we use is of natural and plant origin.
Vitamin E
A natural antioxidant, vitamin E protects our skin barrier and thereby helps to keep our skin hydrated.

We do our utmost to AVOID the danger of ENDOCRINE DISRUPTION on our products:
- we exclude proven endocrine disruptors from all our formulas
- we engage in an approach of evaluating any endocrine activity in our products on the 3 main hormonal systems via an independent laboratory, according to current OECD criteria. -
We ban a RED LIST of ingredients from our formulas
with restrictions that go beyond the European regulation - already known as one of the strictest and safest in the world.
